Randy
Love the bike! 25 minutes the second day, and 20 minutes the third day. Speed #8 is hard, but not overly difficult the next day.
I have 1 more sale for you. Will come down and pick up the very same bike this week.
Call me when I can pick it up, with the bell

Hi again Randy;
OK – I thought I was in decent shape for 55 years old…. 15 minutes on the Stepper and my legs felt like spaghetti noodles….Wow you have a great product..I could not believe the workout I received

Randy,
Just thought, I’d send a quick note to say how much I enjoy this contraption, or better now as the stepper. Truly and
honestly, it is so fun to ride, getting the body outside to enjoy some exercise and air. It has always been a dredge for me to go to a club and do the bike thing there. McConkey said it eloquently, “it’s the best, the wind in your hair and to get a great work out”.
As much as you know our history, I have to admit, he is right. Thanks for the chance to ride and purchase the stepper from the Stepper King himself…
Kindest regards

In October of 2004, I experienced a severe foot injury from a steel toe boot partially amputating a left foot, walking was painful and running was out of the question. My weight ballooned up to 343 pounds by January 2007 and Doctors told me that I must find some type of cardio workout that my body could sustain.
Thank goodness a local television station premiered the Randy Ross Step Cycle on the news. I bought the Work It Cycle two days later. The step cycle has changed my life; I am down 95 pounds in 9 Months and am able to achieve an intensive cardio work out pain free. Further more I mainly ride my step cycle on the beach boardwalk and absolutely enjoy my workouts to the max.
It doesn’t get any better that this. I can not even begin to express my thanks to Randy Ross for inventing the step cycle. It was the premier event in changing the quality of my life.
I am so enamored with the step cycle that I bought more for my family and staff. Patrick Erwin, President of Green Construction Technologies.

Randy,
Just wanted to let you know that I LOVE my new HAMMER!!! Not only
do I get one of the best workouts outdoors, I can’t begin to tell you
how many people stop me and ask what I’m riding and where they can
get one! From passengers in cars to the “Tour de France” guys biking
up next to me and confirming that they know this is a serious piece
of equipment. After I received my Hammer, two (2) of my buddies
ordered their own! My personal trainer was shocked at the amount of
work and energy burn his body felt just after 5 minutes on my
Hammer! I can’t say any more then that! Keep it up and I can’t wait
to see these everywhere!

Hey Randy, it’s Brad Kimble making my first attempt at a testimonial on the hammer.
Greetings World!
This letter is being put out here on your computer to enlighten all humans and human animals
{You know who you are} humans first if you’ve been checking out the hammer or work it or the rest of the stepper bikes available for your mind and body but haven’t yet got the wheels of these
bikes beneath you rolling across the earth.
I give all of you assurance and personal faith that you will add years to your life and life to your years if you get one of these masterpieces on the delivery truck and to your home then put on your skateboard or cross training shoes and go ride you’ve got eight gears to choose from which enables you to control how much energy output and speed you desire to achieve its like that bed available to us that lets us find our perfect number.
That is the only thing that my hammer and the rest of the stepper bikes have in common with that bed as our stepper bikes do not have a seat nor do they give you enough time to rest I knew that I had got a truly special bike when I was about between one and two miles into my ride and had my head down stepping away sweat rolled over my left eyebrow I looked up cleared the sweat and realized I was rolling along the road fresh air and mountains surrounding me and knowing I found the missing piece of training equipment that I would need the rest of my life.
Now for us human animals order one of these bikes so that the unknowing among us will not have the advantage we have. Thanks to Gary Silva the inventor of my bike and Randy Ross and his son Sean and his daughter for getting my bike to my home brad.

Randy,
My husband and I both love our new Stepper Bike! In working out, we need to change the intensity of our routines or else everything gets stagnant. That’s what your bike provides. My husband runs regularly about 3 miles…….but at first could only go about a quarter of that distance on the Stepper because it uses such different muscles! I use it after yoga for my cardio…….what a great workout. We are equally impressed with your customer service. Thank you very much and we wish you all the best in launching the Stepper nationwide.

Hi Randy:
I was in Miami about 1-1/2 weeks ago just before going on a cruise and saw one of your Rep’s riding the Stepper. I was very impressed and wish I had the time to visit the showroom as I will probably be purchasing 2 from you. Are you able to ship and how expensive would that be?
I have a home in Central Florida in one of many communities that I believe your product would be hit as families there are always looking for new activities to keep them fit.
I’d be very interested in working with you and your products.

Good day, Steppers!
I am 51 years old and a former teen athlete. After decades of sedientary life I decided to do a ‘reclaimation’ project on my body. My weight had gotten out of control at 287 lbs. I suffered from high blood pressure, high cholesterol, glucose intollerence, and arthritis in both knees. In other words, I was a wreck!
In October, I purchased a Randy Ross Stepper. During the first weeks I could not go more than about a mile before having to get off of it, huffing and puffing. As part of my training regime I purchased a Cateye Wireless Bicycle Computer and lights so that I can ride at night. After each ride I enter the data from the computer into an Excel spreadsheet so that I can monitor my progress. Here is my data from my training regime:
Average Distance Per Ride: 9.1 miles
Average Speed: 10.18 miles per hour
Average Maximum Speed: 15.80 miles per hour
Average Time on Bike: 52 minutes 43 seconds
Today, my weight is down to 261 pounds, I am no longer borderline diabetic, my cholesterol is no longer high, and my blood pressure averages about 110/78 (I’m still on bp meds though). Also of interest is that my arthritic knees hurt a lot less after 4 months of riding. Previously, I thought that my knees would hurt MORE from high activity. My experience is that the opposite is true.
I could go on and on about what the Stepper has done for my pec’s and deltoids but will save that for a future post. All I can say is the Randy Ross Stepper works for me. If you are in the South Florida area you might see me riding a C.B. Smith Park in Pembroke Pines. If you see me say hello.
Gotta go. It’s Hammer Time!

The stepper bike gives me the best workout I have ever had in my life. Taking my excersise from the garage to the road save hours per week in driving to the gym, getting out of the car, driving home etc.
I’ve lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks and can see and feel a change in my physique already. Who knew a bicycle could give you as much of an upper boddy work out as your lower? 20-30 minutes per day and your body will be exhasted beyond belief (but in a good way).
The coolest part…. the looks I get on the road. People actually stop ahead of me to ask what it is. I even let them take it for a spin. My Randy Ross Stepper enthusiasm is contageous. I feel like a trend setter. If you see me on the streets of Weston, FL. Ask me for a demonstration. I’d be thrilled to give you one.
Good luck Randy !!! I hope you make $Miliions. You deserve it on this idea.

After my 10 year competitive cheerleading career ended, I had to find a new form of exercise. Running became my passion. It gave me the cardio necessary to keep me fit and toned, as well as the perfect way to clear my head. After recently being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at the age of 22, my doctor banned me from any high impact activities, which left me feeling quite discouraged. I craved the adrenaline rush that I got from running and I didn’t know how to get the same results from low impact activities. I became sedentary for almost a month. My joint hurt worse than ever, and my once limber cheerleading body felt stiff as a board. Luckily, I found the Randy Ross Stepper. After my first 20 minutes on the Stepper, I felt it in my whole body. My heart rate was up and my blood was pumping from my arms all the way to my calves. I would have never been able to achieve such a good burn after a 20 minute run. I was sold. Now, the Stepper not only keeps my body fit, but it helps my joints stay loose and mobile which is essential to my pain management. An added bonus… I get to work on my tan while staying healthy!! I love the Randy Ross Stepper!!

The Randy Ross Stepper is the best piece of exercise equipment you can buy. I was a long distance runner and was having hip problems. Since switching to the Randy Ross Stepper, I have no pain and am getting a better workout than running. Up until this product, I was never willing to give up running.
